Shocking moment lion clamps its teeth down on keeper's throat and drags him across a circus ring as families scream in terror A lion tamer is presently in a critical state following an attack from a lion during a circus on Sunday. The shocking moment the lion attacked the keeper was captured on camera and left viewers horrified after it was shared on social media. The distressing scenes show the moment the lion locked its jaws around the 34-year-old tamer's throat. The male cat then dragged its victim around the circus ring as terrified families screamed in terror - children included - and rushed out of their seats. The incident happened midway through a show in Doullens, northern France on Sunday afternoon. The arena was pumped with smoke to distract the lion, who lost sight, letting its victim scramble to safety. Pissed passengers fight at Florida airport after 11 flights got cancelled  A fight broke out on Monday at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Florida, after Spirit Airlines cancelled 11 flights. The angry passengers escalated their rage into a physical fight that included cops. Passengers who had waited for so long for their flight refused to be controlled as they shouted and pounded on the counter as the riot unfolded. Security officials made efforts to calm the passengers but it was to no avail. The fight continued even after the police got involved. At least 3 people were arrested before calm returned. Asides the cancelled flights, Spirit Airlines also had to delay 26 flights given that they were in the middle of a union dispute with the Airline Pilots Association and its pilots, who refused to fly out of protest. Military kill three female suicide bombers in failed suicide attack in Maiduguri Three female suicide bombers who had planned to attack a military base close to Muna garage in Borno state were yesterday shot dead by troops stationed at the base. A statement by the National Emergency Management Agency NEMA says the suicide bombers were killed by the military at about 10 pm last night. “Yesterday night 3/5/2017, at 10:05 pm, three female teenage suicide bombers attempted to attack military outpost popularly known as “Guantanamo” along Muna garage. They were sighted trying to gain access to the premises and were shot by the securities leading to the detonation of their concealed explosives, which killed all three of them and injured one of the security personnel.” The remains of the three suicide bombers have been deposited at the Borno State Specialist Hospital, Maiduguri while the injured security personnel is currently receiving medical attention.

Biafra: what we told Nnamdi Kanu before he agreed to leave Kuje prison – IPOB lawyer, Maxwell Opara Lawyer to the Indigenous People of Biafra, Barr. Maxwell Opara, has revealed how he and other notable Igbo leaders pleaded with IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu to sign his bail. The human rights activist said that Nnamdi kanu refused to accept his bail initially but they begged him to accept it because of his health. In a message he shared on his twitter handle, he wrote, “Kanu refused to sign his bail. He said he won’t go unless his co-accused are released. “We had to beg him, his co-accused had to beg to go because he is really sick. Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu risks rearrest after allegedly defiling bail condition [PHOTO] Barely four days after he was set free from the Kuje Prison, Abuja, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has allegedly disobeyed one of the conditions attached to his bail. Justice Binta Nyako released Kanu on health grounds on Tuesday. One of the bail conditions was that the Biafra leader must not be in a crowd exceeding 10 persons. He was also ordered never to grant any press interview pending the outcome of his trial. Justice Nyako, however, said that Kanu’s bail will be revoked if any of the orders were flouted.
